• 1 x 1 hour video or phone consultation 

• Analysis of your child's  3 -4 day sleep log and advice on existing sleep problems

• Bespoke Sleep Plan and detailed gentle settling method for you to implement yourself

• Room assessment for the perfect sleep environment

• 2 days support.

This is my most supportive package and includes everything you get with the Bespoke Plan plus the following:

• 3 weeks of UNLIMITED support (within waking hours).

• This level of support will see you through the 3 week plan and all of the stages.
