• Discuss implementing a routine, bedtime battles or cat naps, simple tips to help.

• Age appropriate routine provided, no additional support included.

This is my most supportive package and includes the following:

• 1 - 1 support.

• This level of support will see you through the 3 week plan and all of the stages.

• 1 x 1 hour video or phone consultation 

• Analysis of your child's  3 -4 day sleep log and advice on existing sleep problems

• Bespoke Sleep Plan and detailed gentle settling method for you to implement yourself

• Room assessment for the perfect sleep environment.
